weight lifters bible ?
I'm pushing 70yrs. and recently started back weight lifting. there's a FOUR letter word frequently used in the book that gym people hate it's R E S T... ! when to EX & when not to because of joint, ligament, muscle repair time needed. like MS. Franklin sez: R-E-S-T.......ect L.O.L. even you youngsters should rest sometimes because once you blow-out your rotar-cuff it's all over www.theendbaby dot @#*&*#@.

A useful reference for intermediate to advanced lifters
Though lacking in the aesthetic appeal of the series books, "Workout Anatomy III" provides useful tips that supplants training methods covered in Workout Anatomy II. All in the prospect of optimizing time while maximizing gains.

Good but could be better
Lots of great incite but the actual workouts in the back are lacking in number, variety, and programming compared to his other two workout books.

Disappointment after long wait
This was really kind of a letdown- previous books in the series were better organized, much more attractively presented ( the photos were both uninspired and uninspiring ) and way, way too much emphasis was given to isolation machines. I should have cancelled the order when that option was offered.
