Good product. Seen many with only one product out of the 3 with same price as this set combined. Value for money. The outer foam roller is strong enough for back and quad roll. The massage rod is super useful too.Did not use the inner roller much so can't give proper feedback on that. The few times I used it was after intense workout in which the wave pattern helped alot but was little soft to give a deep stretch.

I am happy to purchasing good product and easly use. Clear your deep tissues very good massaging relieve stress and improve posture.

The product comes across as sturdy, the three piece facility makes it super useful. The base roller has three individual rollers and hence easily operable by hand.I had to return it as the overall size is slightly larger than what I had anticipated.Haven't used it for long to rate a 5 star.
