Best Solar System Craft
Made a Solar System Pumpkin for my kid’s Pumpkin competition at school. The Pumpkin is the Sun. We left out Pluto. We used acrylic paint. Sticks were sturdy. I also liked that we had an extra set of foam balls/sticks for mistakes. I would say the instructions are easy to follow and the size/length of the foam balls and sticks seems to be more accurate then most solar system sets I’ve seen online. We sat the pumpkin on a plastic rotating tray and the class was able to spin the solar system around inside the box. If we had to make another solar system, I’d order this set in a heart beat! You can’t beat the price either! Two sets for the price of one, if you ask me!

Perfect!
Perfect for a middle school solar system project!!! We had about of fun with this. And it comes with two sets so we painted both and chose the best to use for the final project. Came out great!!!!

Classroom project
This was a great set to use in my classroom as a project for learning the order of the planets. The students loved painting and assembling the planets. I do wish each planet was a little larger as the smallest ones cracked a little when attaching them to the sticks. It was an easy fix by adding some putty to the whole, but it was pure luck that I had some on hard. The directions are vague, but with a little background knowledge (or quick google search!) it was easy to order the planets and assemble. Overall, this was a great value compared to going to a craft store and buying everything individually and the kids loved it!

Perfect for school project
2nd grader had to build a solar system, so this was the perfect solution. Fortunately, it comes with 2 sets, so we have an extra when the next kiddo has to build a solar system next year!

missing planets
Ordered this for school science projects. Sizes of planets vary in packs. In one pack Saturn was bigger than Jupiter and a small planet was missing. Another pack was missing the sun. Disappointing.
