The seller emailed me asking how I liked the NUMI and when they found out it wasn't sticking they immediately responded back and told me they would be sending a replacement free of charge. I received the replacement yesterday along with something extra! I'm very satisfied with the new one and the extra gift is nice as well! I absolutely will buy from this seller again and recommend for others to do so as well. ********I just received this NUMI phone spinner literally 10 hours ago and it's already fallen off of my case. That's a deal breaker for me..If it wasn't for that I would give this 5 stars. But let me rewind a little.• I was really excited when I found this because I just bought a new case for my Galaxy S9 plus and it matched the case and my phone perfectly. I had been using pop sockets before and recently switched to the ring kind. So, I received this in the mail today, opened it up and lookswise it seemed perfect. I put it on my phone and LOVED it. It's exactly what I was looking for and it's comfortable to use.I was holding my phone just a little bit ago and it suddenly just fell off of my phone. I did drop my phone, there was no damage but still...not even 24 hours later and the adhesive is already weak. I'm really dissapointed because I've been searching for one of these for a while and I liked this one.The adhesive is still sticky enough that I can put it back on my case but I can easily pull it back off again. I'm paranoid to use it now because it doesn't feel secure and it's not worth possibly breaking my phone the next time it falls off.

Didn't even stay on for one day. Yes it's pretty, made of good material, and comfortable to use. But all of that is pointless since it doesn't actually stay on the phone. I would not reccomend this item at all.

This thing spins, and spins so well. If you don’t want your phone to spin continuously this is not for you, however I Love it. This thing spins forever on the back of my phone and I can set my phone down and spin my phone as well. That’s how we chose where to order dinner from tonight actually 😂 We put some names of restaurants around my phone and spun it, we went away for minutes at a time to come back to my phone still spinning. And waited a few more good minutes until it finally stopped (don’t worry it chose a good place!).I wish we had bearings like this when I was a kid on wheels- skateboards and rollerblades- we would’ve rolled forever.I love the spinning ring to be able adjust my hand as I am holding my phone, even palm up I can flick my phone around, or insanely spin it (isn’t he dark this looks cool when my phone is lit). It works great as a kickstand and looks good too. This thing isn’t coming off unless I want it to. Amazing.

This product has pros and cons. This item was for my wife. Pros: it is a smaller ring so it is much more comfortable for her than others than others that She has had. It rotates 360° and is still stiff at this point with both the rotation and the ring... which leads me to the cons: She has only had this product for 4 days so it’s hard to tell if it will continue to be stiff and work well because it will not stay adhered to her phone case. I submitted the return and replacement of item and so far all seems to be going well with that. Time will tell. We were disappointed that it wouldn’t stick to the phone. I gave it 2 stars because the item itself seemed to work well, unfortunately it was useless if it won’t stick!

Overall this is a solid product. I was looking for a spinner that would actually spin the entire phone and still act as a grip. A lot of reviews were saying the adhesive didn't stick, which i haven't had a problem with yet (about a week still sticking strong..) The ball bearing is good quality so it spins for a long time. The ring hasn't lost it's sturdiness yet, which a lot of other reviews also said would happen.Update 9/23: after about a month (4-5weeks ish) the spinner lost adhesive and fell off. Also, the ring started to become loose and started to sag (see photo). This was after normal use. I wouldn't say i'm overly aggressive with my phone and I don't drop or bang it against things very often. I downgraded my rating to three stars. I still really like this spinner, however if the stickiness was stronger and the ring didn't begin to sag, this would be a five start product.

Great phone ring and the spinner part is super fun! I really didnt understand that it was an actual fidget spinner and thought why would anyone want that? It's actually really cool. Only complaint it when using the ring as a stand it is limited on position because of how spinny it is. I hardly use it as a stand tho so it's great for me. It stuck right to the case and its definitely stuck on there. I have been using this ring for about 3 weeks now and I love it. I really dont get the low ratings on this product. It's a simple well made phone ring. I recommend it for sure! I'm using it on my note 10+ and have it attached to an atomic slim clear case.

I wanted to like these, but I basically just had to buy a new one every 3-4 months. They come off of the bearing/axle part often, and the ring will inevitably become loose so the ring won't operate as a dependable stand for your phone anymore. Overall, it's best to go with a simple "non spinning" ring on the back of your phone. This thing isn't worth the spin. It won't last

Update: After a few more days, it's now spinning like a champ! I guess it just needed some loosening up? It will now spin for several seconds on a single flick. Upgraded to 4 stars (still keeping one because it's not sticky enough).I think I misunderstood what this meant by "spinner." I was expecting to be able to flick the ring and have it whiz around like a fidget spinner, but it's nothing of the sort. The ring does spin all the way around but you have to push it along. It still works well as a stand or as a brace for your finger. It could also be stickier - it's already fallen off of my phone a few times, particularly when I've been holding it a while or if my phone is warm. So, it's ok, not great. The green design is pretty though.
