I'm on my 3rd or 4th jar of the Banish My Pain Balm - Arnica Camphor & Emu Oil Concentrated Pain Relief Cream, and I keep buying it because it's amazingly effective. My husband and I use it on anything that hurts, muscle-wise, and for our arthritis. It has helped to relieve pain from an acute back spasm I got when trying to lift something I didn't realize was >100 lbs, and when he slipped on icy steps & tore 3 of his 4 rotator cuff tendons. This helped relieve his shoulder pain enough that it took him almost a month to get see a doctor about it - which, really, was a poor decision on his part since he ended up needing surgery & 4 months to recover. So, don't do what he did & avoid the doctor just because this works well. Medical advice is always more important.Our hands, necks, and shoulders, knees and toes are all grateful for the relief. Though, I wouldn't exactly call this a cream. It's more like a liniment. The texture is similar to that rubbing ointment that has vapors or your grandma's petroleum jelly, but without the sticky, ooooey, gooey mess. It takes a few minutes to dry/absorb, but does so cleanly, with no need to wash hands. It's perfect for massaging sore muscles and soothing swollen joints. Doesn't stain fabrics, and the smell is pleasant.We find it worth every penny.

I bought this almost three years ago; I used it once or twice and set it aside. Recently, my 12-year-old woke complaining of neck pain. I rubbed some of this on and within minutes he said he felt better.Earlier this week, I had horrendous menstrual cramps. You know the kind - it felt like I was having childbirth contractions. I had to stop what I was doing, bend over and breathe through them. I remembered this cream and rubbed some onto my abdomen. Within minutes the pain had dulled to an ache instead of a sharp, stabbing pain. Ah - sweet relief.I also have some knee pain thanks to high school sports injuries (over 30 years ago!). The pain is always worse when it's cold and dry outside. I decided to rub some of this cream on my knees before taking my dog for a walk in 28F weather this morning. We walked our four miles and I felt no pain at all. I could tell my knees were still cold and a little stiff, but they didn't hurt a bit. I'm back here to buy another jar so I'm never without this.

You would be amazed on how this pain cream works. This is the one you have been looking for a long time. Not greasy, powerful ingredients that work in a few minutes. This balm goes on easily and a little goes a long way. Unlike another arnica cream I used, this one barely has a scent (a pleasant one) and is not sticky. It seems to work just as well, which is to say it takes the edge off the pain. I use it at bedtime to help me sleep with less pain.

The Banish My Pain Emu Oil is great as well as the Banish My Rash Emu Oil. If you have Lichen Sclerosis, the Emu Oil products help with a lot of relief. They give you steroids for it but I find that makes most matters worse and causes more thinning of the tissue. Love the Emu line and the professionalism of Carole, the owner. My jar came all broken and some dried out. I was given some samples of her line of products and her concern and generosity are unmatched. Small company but BIG HEART and WONDERFUL products. You owe it to yourself to give it a try. Well worth the money!

I have back pain do to shingles and this did not provide much relief. I ended up getting a Arnica Gel that worked much better.

I have been having lower back pains and sciatic for years. It comes and goes but currently I was in severe pain. A coworker had recommended using a cream or balm. I went online and found Banish My Pain Soothing Cream. I was slightly skeptical. When I received the cream I started to use it right away. I must say it is amazing. It relieved my pain and it goes on nicely and does not have the strong smell of creams you buy in the pharmacy.I highly recommend this cream. I am feeling so much better but I have been applying it at bedtime as a precaution. It is definitely worth purchasing this cream if you have lower back pain or sciatic.

Helpful for aches and pains. But I expect massaging it in helps just as much.

I might as well have gone outside & threw £21.00. Down the drain it did not ease my pain one bit I think it’s a big rip off to be honest the size of the tub for how much it costs is awfull. I would save your money &put it to buy something useful as this is just a complete waist of money

didn't work and i found it very greasy

Sorry it is not working very well. I am using it to try to ease arthritis in my knee and tendon soreness at the back of my heels and I am afraid it is not getting rid of either.
