Waste of money
I wasted my money on this. When my product stopped working they wouldnt start a claim because the first year that's a manufacturer warranty that's impossible to get because the company refuses to actaull do anything. Contacted Asurion for help. Refused to help

I like the way it cool off the room. But since using it now started going down level hit warm then goes back to cool. The noise was scary.

I bought this for my daughter who lives in Splendora Texas that’s where I had it shipped to she has it now and it is quit working so how do I go about getting a new one she can take the picture there I’m not sure how I can get it on on this program
