2020 Marvel Comics Wall Calendar (DDD5932820)

Paper is VERY thin, the artwork from the next month bleeds through to the dates of the previous month. There's no artist acknowledgements or really any credits at all. It's just the 'characters in their costumes, and they look like they were all photo-shopped onto the same (differently colored) background. There's a similar Marvel calendar at https://www.amazon.com/Marvel-Comics-2020-Calendar-Official/dp/1838540709/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Marvel+Comics+2020+Calendar+-+Official+Square+Wall+Format+Calendar&qid=1577068055&sr=8-1. This one appears to be a better version, with full comic panels yet the reviews from some of the customers say they specifically ordered that version but got the version I'm reviewing. Not sure who Marvel vends this calendar business out to, but it sure seems they cut some corners; maybe they could divert some of the billions of dollars of movie revenue to put out a better product. Compare this to the DC Vintage calendar, which has great artwork and annotations.

I love the retro character designs on this calendar, but the overall product is of very poor quality. The material is flimsy and thin (I like to write on dates, and it bleeds straight through to the other side, even with basic pen). The designs are also rather basic. The characters look good, but the backdrops included look cheap, like they were not considered thoroughly by the designers. I don't recommend this particular calendar and I will not purchase another from this company.

As a Marvel fan, I buy a Marvel wall calendar most years, often through Amazon. This one, by Mead/ACCO Brands, is by far the worst one I've ever purchased.Poor quality paper with the least amount of design they could probably legally get away with.Doubt this will influence anyone's purchase as it's almost the new year, but if you can choose a different calendar, do it.

You want classic Marvel... you have come to the right place. The downside, it's a little pricey for what you get, but still, a great calendar all around!

Cheep Paper Very Thin Ink Bleeds Through not worth the $13 I paid.Costs $10 now still not worth it.

Thin and flimsy paper. Very cheaply made. Feels like a step above ‘dollar store’ quality. The pictures are cute and bright but the quality overall is awful. Would not recommend

Perfect gift for my husband. He loves iron man. I get the calendar every year. Have never been disappointed.

The calendar I received was NOT the calendar in the pictures. The images do not have the comic backgrounds. They just have the main character on a rather generic background.Plus, it is made of very poor-quality paper that I’m afraid will rip before the year is out. It is not made of typical calendar paper stock.Definitely not worth $20. I will be returning.

Great retro art. Most pop culture calendars are crap. This one is above average though.
