I was skeptical of any gel bike seat after reading the reviews from all the different brands and finally chose this one. I have had it a few months and only use it 1-2 times per week for spinning class but it has been a great seat. Tied tight in the seat it barely moves at all and I have not had a problem with the gel moving or getting squished down. It's a hard gel not super soft gel so I have found it stays firm in place and softens the ride for sure. I found spin class unbearable from the seat hurting until I had this seat!

A life saver in my first spin class where everyone except me seemed to be unfazed by the potent burning sensation caused by spin bike seats. For those of us whose nerves have not yet become numb down there- this is a dream, and did not need to be adjusted once during class.

I’m giving this all stars cause the product is great! And there are no issues with it. It feels nice and is really easy to install. I just want to give customers more of a heads up . I live in SoCal where it’s summer time now, so temps have been hitting 100 and I tend to leave my bike out on my patio.If you use this cushion, cover it up. The heat will melt the gel in the cushion and it will bleed through. After that it’s pretty much worthless. I’m not blaming the company or anyone. Just wanting to spread the word.

I wasn't real sure what the two Tie downs that are about half way up the seat cover would do anything for me but as I put this seat cover on my seat I figured the purpose of those tie downs are to keep the seat in place and so the front part of the cover does not punch through the nose of the seat which is usually the first thing that ruins the cover for me. So with that in mind I'd say it worth the few extra bucks. I'd give it a five star only thing is that I haven't had this cover that long to say if that stops that from happening anymore or helps give the cover a little more life.

I am a 6' 1" 235 lb fat person that wanted to get back in shape by riding a bike. The bike I purchase had a hard narrow seat. That seat wore my butt out faster than my legs became tired. Not by much. :) But I wanted a more comfy seat.For me, this seat covers gives me about a 50% increase in riding time, over the hard narrow saddle that my bike came with, and which is currently underneath this seat cushion. This gives my legs more riding time to become tired. Which is good.

I bought this for the saddle of my Cannondale Adventure 3, which I ride on a relatively easy path (some gravel, some paved) or on a trainer. Once I get to about 45 minutes of riding, I was having distracting pain and numbness in my lower butt. I'd hoped adding some padding would provide relief, but what it ended up doing was causing consistent numbness earlier in my ride, which was just as uncomfortable. I used it for about 6 weeks and ultimately tore it off my saddle mid-ride last week, and I'm happier for it.

I had comfort for only a few rides. This is defective and should be replaced immediately.Update!!!I live in the California desert and I use this for outdoor use. Apparently, the gel in the seat will ooze out if you leave the bike out in the hot sun. This is a very good and comfortable product but you should be aware if you are using outside. The company has been very prompt in responding to my concerns and should be commended for their concern. I left it in the sun and the temperature in the shade was 123 degrees so it is an extreme case...still...take care when using.

I workout at Gold’s Gym and attend cycling classes. The stationary bikes they have are made by Matrix. After several classes I just couldn’t stand the pain and discomfort any longer so I ordered this seatcover. I give it a FIVE for ease of use and a FIVE for comfort.
