I have quit smoking but not over the missing it yet so I’ve been trying products that claim to help with cravings and with the physical habit of it. I had high hopes for this inhaler even though it has mixed reviews. Mine came in today and I’ve tried and tried to get something out of it but I’m giving up. I’ve been inhaling with my mouth and do not smell anything, taste anything, or feel anything. I’m confused as to why some reviewers have all three sensations and others had the same bad luck I’m having. I’m not sure it’s return eligible since I put my mouth on it so I guess it’s just a gamble I lost. I’d love for it to work as stated but it’s nothing like that at all.

This is great in theory, but I think the stick I received is old. I have to let it sit in my pocket for a bit to have enough scent to inhale, and it is just one draw, only. Perhaps this is super awesome and I just accidentally received an old one, but I am not ordering again to find out.I will say what I do experience did help with cravings. It's kind of like a light and spicy menthol, and its enough to mimic the hand/mouth aspect.

I think this thing smells amazing and kind of smell it a bit too often sometimes. But I get that the smell might be too much for some people. I was confused about whether this is supposed to be inhaled via the nose or mouth, I find it works either way, and in kind of different ways depending how it's inhaled. I bought 2 more after my first single purchase, because it really does kill my cravings. It helped me break the driving home smoke habit. I like how it makes my lungs feel, I get this sensation that I had a cigarette, but a menthol, but without the actual heavy chest, light headed feeling you get from smoke. I find this working for me. It's a good replacement. I started using it before I took the cold turkey plunge so I think that helped the transition, or we'll see anyway. I've become so attached to this black pepper smell I like it better than cigarettes, plus it does manage to keep me calm when I find I'm getting irritable. Which is amazing. Getting in the habit of using it is the tricky part. I lost my first one and that's when I realized how much I want this over smoking. Don't rely on this to MAKE you quit, use it to HELP you quit. I've been smoking for almost 20 years, sadly since I'm only 33, if that is helpful to anyone trying to decide whether to try this, and thanks to the price I think it's worth a try.

*Update. Seller saw my review & offered a full refund, without me requesting it. Although this product didn't work for me, their customer service is excellent. Feel free to try it for yourself, as different things work for different people.Not really sure how this is supposed to help with smoking cravings. For me, it doesn't work at all. The smell is not great & does nothing to curb my nicotine craving. Maybe I'm too heavy of a smoker; it may work for someone else.

I'm giving two stars because of the idea for this. However, it doesn't seem worth the cost because it dried out after inhaling it about 10-15 times. And, they were light inhales. I'm going to try and drop some essential oil in the inhaler hole part to see if that revives it.

As I said, it is not the same as a cigarette or vape or marijuana product, but I persobally found that it did help with the oral fixation. I would buy again and recommend

As of right now, it has assisted me with the first week of nonsmoking. I have had ZERO nasty filtered sticks. I will follow-up after a month. I love this product

Value for money is excellent! I was initially intimidated by the black pepper essential oil but it is surprisingly helpful at avoiding the urge to pick up a smoke. Bonus if you're hooked on menthol smokes. This has helped me slow way down on smoking cigarettes and hopefully quit in the near future. I'd say give it a go!
