Im still on the fence with this product in terms of helping me lose weight. After buying this product and then reading what the last customer wrote, I was almost hesitant to test it and wanted to return it. I figured just give a week's try and if I experienced anything similar to the last customer I would stop. The only thing I will say is that it helps curb my appetite after and a few days of taking it (I just finished week one and I am taking this product with a complex b vitamin ) I think it helped speed up my metabolism and curb my appetite. I have noticed a difference in my mid section since taking this product but then again I dieting and exercising 5 times a week for the past 2 months. I have no side effects other than it turns my urine neon yellow. I will write another update after a month of taking this product.

Don't waste your $$ - these aren't the same as what Dr. Oz promotes. If we took everything Dr. Oz promotes we'd become hoarders.
