The battery contacts don't work well and the battery compartment has to be opened and the batteries rotated on a regular basis. They're nice as accent lighting when they work.

The actual light itself is beautiful however they are dim and not as reflective as shown

OK, so here is the good, the bad, the ugly lol. These are very pretty Moroccan style lanterns. They are not super big, they are exactly the dimensions posted in the description. They have an LED light that is minimal at best. At least, you have the space to add additional lighting in the body of the unit. They do put off a really pretty glow and pattern, but they are not bright enough to illuminate a very small Florida lanai. I purchased four, and place them throughout my area and it was still not enough light to have any type of ambience. I will probably add some battery operated lights to the cavity of this unit to produce more light. They do not have solar batteries. But for now, I would say that the LED light that is in the unit is insufficient to produce anything more than a subtle glow of the patterns of the lantern. Edit: after fully charging two full days, three units worked properly, one lantern is not working at all. I was able to find replacement solar tops for these lanterns on Amazon. So I purchased additional solar tops.

Love the the look but it for some reason doesn't always come on. You had to tap the top . It didn't happen until after my 30 days so I couldn't return it. It got plenty of sunlight so must be some kinda of shortage. Uggh.

Just as pictured. Only complaints are super lightweight so the wind (and squirrels) blow them over and I wish they were just a touch brighter. Beautiful. They're 9 inches tall not including the handle. The belt is the lamp is about 6 inch diameter. I will be buying more!!!

The media could not be loaded.  One unit was perfect but the other one has a loose solar panel and will not stay in place

I really like this lantern. So much, I'm back to get another 1. I've had for a few months now and it has endured the late winter cold, spring rains and early summer heat very well so far. The pattern that casts from this solar lamp is awesome. Exactly as pictured in the stock photo. It definitely is not a lamp to expect a lot of light from, but I didn't purchase with intent of needing it to light a walk way or produce a ton of light. I'm hanging mine from shepherd hooks on each side of my entry stairs right above some flower planters...and it casts a nice pattern over the flowers and along stairs at night - again, for decorative purposes. My only complaint is they are so pretty I'm afraid they will be stolen. Worth the price, in my opinion, for what I wanted them for.

Beautiful light! It’s quite bright at night and I love the pretty pattern. The lamp seems quite sturdy and durable. I like it so much I ordered another one for my front porch.
