Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Great exercise kit. Material is nice and durable. I like the fact that you can use it right out of the box, as the pad and pods are already pumped. It's great that a pump is included, so I can adjust the air pressure later on if I need to.The user guide has detailed exercise instructions with pictures on it. Easy to understand. If you are tired of repeated boring workouts, and want more fun with a little bit challenge, this is the right kit for you. I have been using this for my upper body, lower body, and core workouts for a week and absolutely love it. And the pad makes a great seat cushion, too!

I am not one to write reviews but for this product, absolutely. I suffered from plantar fasciitis all summer and because of physical therapy, learned that my ankles were very weak. This is when I started my journey with balance exercises. At first, I used the disk at my gym, but now, I have my own disk plus these small ones. I keep 2 small ones at work where I can do my exercises in a discrete manner. Building balance is also helping me develop my core muscles and a huge help with squats. The quality of these products is excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased. I really appreciated the video of exercises as well. This will get a lot of use for me.

This is a great product. Although it is intended for humans, I got the Hedgehog Balance Pods to give my little Dachshund, Sophie, physical therapy after she became paralyzed from a back surgery. I like the material these pods are made of, it looks like they are going to resist my dog’s nails when she is standing on them to improve her balance, and getting the Large Balance Pad is a plus because I can put a board on top of it and use it as a wobble board for my dog. I showed them to my dog’s physical therapist, and she thinks they are great.

I have a medical condition which affects my balance. Before moving away, the PT at a MAJOR teaching hospital used these very same devices. I did not say similar. She used the exact same tools. My new home is in a region which is not a medical Mecca. Recently, my balance issues resurfaced. I wanted to be proactive. So I found these. I am rehabbing a sprained ankle that is complicated by having an extra bone in my foot (who knew that was even a thing??). I have been working with a surgen and a physical therapist trying to avoid a future surgery and building the strength back up. In physical therapy she had me doing a lot of balance exercises trying to rebuild the strength. I got these to continue to work on this at home. They are a little small, but they are great for working on balance strength. I definitely recommend if this is your goal.When I received them they were low in air. I had to add quite a bit and there was a challenge of figuring out how much was enough, but once you figure that out they are great.

We bought these for a child who has sensory processing disorder and is a seeker. We love that the set not only comes with pods but also a wiggle cushion. They are sturdy and come pre-inflated. We used them as part of an obstacle course on a rainy day, and they are so versatile. The colors are vibrant. Great stuff!

4 stars for sturdiness, and 4 stars for durability only due to fact that had to return first batch since 2 items were not inflatable after first use.The replacements were shipped fast.Replacements we've had absolutely no issues with to date. We use them fairly often(several times a week). My child likes to use them in combination with other similar products to make paths thru the house, especially now with the quarantine going on. And we pretend to be walking along creeks, rivers, or canyons walking, balancing, and climbing along. I would like to add a climbing wall, and rope ladder inside up to the 2nd story landing area...but that may be a dream to be put on hold for now!
