I have shopped from Amazon 2-3 times but my experience with Amazon has not been good. They have only one reason that once a product is sold to a customer, it can neither be returned nor replaced. They put such terms and conditions in it that the customer cannot do anything.

Size guides not proper
Size guides are not proper, while buying it shows in Xs, S, M etc... but in guide it shows in cms. The mappings are not proper and its a non-returnable item.Please have proper size guides.
