I was quite interested by the available flavours which was the reason that i placed my order .When they came i made one up straight away if im to be totally honest i was a little disappointed there was only a hint of flavouring that you could only just make out ,the oat themselves were very thick are not too palatable it would be better if they were a smoother consistency and adding more water didnt really help that much .I would say the nicest was the fruit and nut and funny enough the consistency was better on this one and the flavour was recognisable if i was to order again i would get just that one favour .

Just received my order today from hench . Great service and product. I have bought almost all the flavours now and haven’t found any that I don’t like.I am a para athlete and have been looking for a product for some time that does what it claims and this product definitely does.Thank you hench I really appreciate what you do and will definitely be buying more in the near future.

I received my order of Hench Porridge on time, and well packaged.Although I discovered that there was a minor problem with my order. This was very quickly resolved, by the owners of Fundamental Supplies. Who were very helpful and apologetic about the error and dealt with it straight away.I thoroughly enjoyed the Coconut Hench Porridge, it was very appetising and flavoursome😋.I look forward to placing an order for more Hench Porridge, especially so that I can buy some of the other mouth watering flavours in the Hench Porridge Range.

My dad is currently having chemo and these are an absolute godsend for him - easy to make, taste amazing and easy to eat, it’s been so nice to find porridge (which is one of the only foods he can stomach) in more than just basic flavoursI have them on fortnightly order!

I used to get the Quaker Oats with syrup. Then i got Sugar Diabetes. So i tried these & they are sooo tastey, with just water, teaspoon of cream & thats all you need. I had a sweet tooth but these little pots of coconut porridge are delicious. Try them if like i you need too keep your weight down & blood sugar, theyre ideal. I wouldn't be with out them now. I was expecting so much from this product. I usually buy another high protein porridge pot brand and thought these would be ace with an extra 7g protein per pot. With flavours like Jaffa cake and lemon drizzle I thought I would be in heaven… wrong. First one I tried was Jaffa cake, smelled lovely before I poured water in, as soon as water went in the smell disappeared almost. I left it for the right amount of time and followed instructions. When it came to eat it… there was barely any flavour and what was there tasted of chemicals. The texture is gritty like the powder has hardened and not dissolved. Today I tried the lemon drizzle one, thought I’d put more water in to see if this helped… wrong, still the same outcome. Of course I finished the pot as I’m on a plan so following macros and didn’t want to waste them but by the end I was feeling sick! Definitely disappointed!

I am a big porridge lover and always looking for new flavours/brands to try. I gave the Hench Fuel High Protein porridge a go and were not disappointed at all.I tried all flavours. My favourites were coconut, nuts & fruits and lemon drizzle. Not so much I liked Jaffa cake but to be fair I am not a big fan of the combo of chocolate & orange in general.The porridge has a distinct taste due to the protein which I very much liked!! Also, it keeps you satisfied and full for a long time. I will order again!

I ordered these based on a recommendation from a friend at the gym. Parcel arrived the day after I ordered - quick delivery even with the current lockdown in place!They're super easy to make up - just add hot water and stir. Definitely the best protein porridge I've tried so far. None of the weird texture / aftertaste I've found with other brands. The Spiced Apple is AMAZING! Not too sweet or overpowering, and there's a hint of cinnamon in there which gives it a nice little kick. It's like having apple pie for breakfast.Will definitely be buying again.
