Great anti-rattle qualities!
Used these to mount my amplifier to its rack. Wanted some empty space underneath it for cooling purposes and these made an excellent makeshift spacer. It was also a nice bonus that are specifically made to damp vibrations, so no rattle at all when using these to mount anything! I got the slightly harder ones since they are being clamped quite hard between the amp and rack.

Get the 30 duro version of this product for video tripod use
This is THE solution for a video camera on a tripod that shakes when people walk nearby. But the 30 duro version works best... you are currently looking at the 70 duro item.In a typical home the wood beams underfoot allow substantial vibration when a person walks - and this is very clear when filming on a tripod. Even with the very best tripods, every footstep taken while filming results in visible camera shake. We put one 30 duro sorbothane donut under each tripod foot and the reduction in shake is essentially 100%. Even aggressive stomping does not vibrate the camera. They work incredibly well and are far less expensive then similar products intended for tripod use.Highly recommended.

Not what I thought
I needed a hard spacer bushing on a radiator core support for an automotive restoration project. Sorborthane looks like a quality material but it's too soft and won't work for my application. Also, the description in the Amazon listing says that a Durometer 70 load rating is 30-65 pounds. The back of the package says 14-34 pounds. That's a bit misleading. In addition to being too soft, the load rating is too light for my intended application. The bushings should be fine for lighter applications in an environment with less vibration. Had to return the bushings.

Did the trick...
I gave the adhesion a 1*, because these are not supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive, and therefore do not adhere or stick at all- but they are not supposed to do that.I placed these between a 1.5" rubber foot and the finished cabinet of a subwoofer I built. There is no reason to spend for SVS feet or the like when this is cheaper. A word of advisement though, you'll have to tighten the screws more than you think you'll need to. I didn't at first, and the mounting screws were rattling against the washer inserts in the feet because the Sorbothane did not have enough hold against the feet. We'll call it a good 1/2-2/3 the original thickness to where they were tight enough.I would advise using these for such a purpose, and at the Durometer specified so they support the weight. To those that don't know, Sorbothane can leave an oily residue on surfaces over time. I would advise not placing it directly on surfaces or carpet, and sandwich it for best results as I have done.

The packaging doesn't match the Amazon rating
I'm sure these are wonderful isolators. I couldn't use them because my heat pump is 220 lbs. Each of these are listed for 65 lbs. maximum on Amazon but the documentation in the delivered package shows maximum 30 lbs. Had to send them back.

Isolation
Bought for my Denon DP 3700 vintage turntable. Put it underneath the original feet. Worked perfectly.

Used these for turntable isolation and it works like I wanted
I wanted a bit more isolation for my turntable without spending upwards of fifty dollars. I took the gamble and these are exactly what I hoped they'd be. For about ¼ the price of turntable isolation pads I recommend these for your turntable needs. These are soft and squishy like large black gummi Lifesavers. These are a little larger than a stack of six quarters and not quite as large as a half-dollar. These are a nice fit beneath turntable feet and very unobtrusive.

Too soft
Fell apart under compression.

Perfect for under my turntable
I placed the feet under the feet of my turntable. My speakers are in the same surface as my TT and I wanted to minimize any potential vibration from the bass to the stylus.Works perfectly. In fact, I can stomp on the ground in front of the TT and it won't skip anymore.Excellent for my application.

The idea sounded good but I'll have to go back to making my ...
After a year in an out-door application, they've all self-destructed. The idea sounded good but I'll have to go back to making my own bushings out of inner tube rubber (EPDM).
