Not as decribed, but seem like nice heaters
I ordered 2 of the 500 watt heaters for a large marine reef tank that I'm setting up. I haven't tried the heaters yet, but they look a nice bit of kit. Not fitted with a UK plug, but comes with plug adapters, so no issue.There are two things that is on the listing for the heater that is not correct.1, It's made from stainless steel and not glass as stated.2, Says it's suitable for salt water use, but on the box it only has a symbol for fresh water use, so not sure if it is safe to use with salt water, so not going to risk it in a reef tank.I have a fresh water aquarium as well, so I shall keep the heaters as back ups for that tank, but beware if your specifically looking for a heater for salt water they may or may not be suitable.I've only given it a 3 star rating because its not as described, but they seem very good value for money so 3 stars seem a bit harsh. I can't comment on reliability at this point, but that's a risk you take with any product
