I never write online reviews, but here we are! From square one I couldn't be more pumped about this product and company. First, after I created the order, their team called me to confirm I actually wanted the 240V - they really wanted to get it right! The install wasn't too hard if you read the instructions. (I had very limited experience with this type of product). Make sure you own a multimeter if you do install it on your own. Anyway, I installed it and had it working perfectly, nice toasty room and floor! That was until we cut a hole through the wire when installing our toilet supply line... Right away I reached out to ProLux and they responded IMMEDIATELY with guidance on how to make the repair. (Shout out to Stuart). They even are confirming I have everything I need with my order to ensure I get the repair correctly. I have been getting lots of comments about this renovation and the heated floors - I will surely be recommending this company to anyone who asks. Appreciate it!

Had a new floor put in the bathroom. We asked the contractor about a heated floor and asked if he’d seen this product. He’d heard of it but was surprised at the price and what all was included for that. It’s now installed and I connected the thermostat myself. Couldn’t be easier and the floor is perfectly warmed with my pre-defined schedule. Four settings for each day. And the alarm that came with it made it easy for the installers to know if there were any wiring issues before they let the mortar set up. I couldn’t be happier with the product.

These mats work completely as expected. I have one that has been in service for 2 years already with zero problems. The last shipment of mats was shipped UPS, signature required. I am not home often so the first attempt was a note left on my door. Long story short, I contacted the seller to let them know what was going o. And they became very proactive in tracking the packages and ensuring that they delivered, even offering options to help me get the heaters in the most timely manner possible. I think they went above and beyond what I expected and I appreciate their quick and detailed responses and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing their products.

We ordered the floor mat in 240v. I received a personal phone call from Pro Lux asking if I really wanted 240v. Unfortunately, I didn't read the directions when ordering and ordered more square footage than we needed thinking we could cut it. Unfortunately, especially with 240v it isn't wise to cut. I texted the company on a Saturday to ask if we could cut it when I had contractors standing by. Stuart quickly responded and confirmed we shouldn't cut the mat. Next he offered to find another mat meeting my needs and offered to give me a discount. I was so impressed by Pro Lux customer service and hope we can find a mat that works.
