I've been taking these (inconsistently, I'm bad at taking things daily) for a couple weeks, and I haven't gotten sick yet, so... success? Every little bit helps, after all.The capsules are not very large, and they're easy to swallow. It recommends taking three per day, and I usually take them all at once; I would actually prefer slightly larger capsules so I could only take one or two per day. They don't taste like much of anything, which is pretty nice.

I like that his product also contains Beta Glucans for immune help. However, I am much more familiar with the use of Graminex for prostate support- the reason I got this.When I checked the bottle after delivery, I compared it to another brand of Graminex pollen extract only to find this one is lacking the oil-soluble fraction of Graminex, which reduces its efficacy. That, coupled with the high cost per dose, means I will not be buying this one again. I should be able to save a third or so (as an estimate) by purchasing the same ingredients separately from other suppliers and losing the convenience of the all-in-one encapsulation.5 stars for the included ingredients minus two stars for the cost-per-dose being excessive = 3 stars overall
