The flour is acceptable, however I am far from pleased with what as been received this evening A cardboard box with 4 bags of strong white flour in a good condition. An Amazon large paper bag containing a large plastic bag with 2 bags of strong white flour. One of the bags in this plastic bags is broken and the flour is loose inside. Looking at the condition of the damaged bag and the fact that the two bags are in a plastic bag I am suspicious it was in this condition when it was packed. I find this totally unacceptable and require a refund for the damaged and unusable bag I await your response D Caulfield

In the first place I bought this flour because it is organic. I normally mix it with 20% Einkorn (also Doves Farm) and make sourdough bread which turns out to be very nice. I still have some variations to try and may try other flour, but generally speaking I see no reason to change from this brand.

I'd say this is one of the best strong flour out there.Highly recommended product- very light and a good flavour.

I use this in a small bread maker from Lakeland to make wholemeal loves 50-50 with whole meal flour. Works a treat every time. I also use yeast from this company. Speedy delivery.
