Simple, easy to use, effective
Used this to clean up the bores on a 351 Cleveland block. Did the job very well. Clean the stones frequently and you'll be good to go.

repaired after it broke on 1st engine block, [3rd Cy;} then attempted to use on 2nd engine and broke for good, un repairable on 1st cyl, dont waste your money, I tossed it in the trash

you get what you pay for
I rebuilt a 4 cylinder engine and used this to hone some wear out of the walls. On the 3rd cylinder the flexible shaft pulled out of the crimped mating part. We could still chuck the hone to the drill but lost that flexible part and had to be careful to not side load as we ran the hone up and down. We basically wore the stones down to nothing after these 4 cylinders were complete. I'd say for about $30 you get what you pay for. While it worked decently, it is a disposable tool.
