No it don’t have a swivel end

Q: can this be used as a oil drain extension on a Briggs riding lawnmower??

its not made for oil so it my start to leak over time.

The male fittings are compressed on to the braided line. You can screw any kind of female fittings on the male fittings on the braided line.
