Excellent supplements
I love Vegavero supplements. Exceptional quality, I've been using organic Hawthorn for over a year now and definitely noticed improvements in my health. So just started using Vision care as I'm getting older and want to help my eyesight. Would thoroughly recommend their products.

Effective
As an older person, (77) I am particularly anxious to protect my vision. An opthalmologist can find nothing seriously amiss with my eyes so I am happy to credit Vegavero, although of course, I can't be sure I'm not just fortunate with my eyesight. I will continue to take the capsules, the ingredients seem free of fillers and are recommended for eye health.

VEGAN - All naturally vegetable sourced nutrients in a capsule, take two....
I was so pleased to stumble across Vegavero - now i am no vegan, but I do wish my nutirents to be well sourced and ethically and often vegan offers a more ethical solution, and is also a choice that makes them available to all.All the nutrients in this capsule are plant sourced and natural, not made in a lab from a gollon of chemicals. The levels are of interest though - I suppose in a vegan diet you come across more zinc, magnesium etc from the presumably copious amounts of healthy greens? Not sure, but the levels of Zinc are low in this, perhpsa because it is vegan, perhaps becasue ti is just htat little bit extra zinc to help with the old eyesight, not sure, but my standard daily dose is 10mg, and each of these capsule, of which you take two a day, has only 2.5mg, a total of 5mg a day, which is half my standard dose, hacing said that.....I do often have to poopoo a make of vitamins or nutrients because they too have things that i am taking elsewhere in another complex, so perhaps this slightly lower dose of some nutrients is because they don't want you overdosing ( can you overdose on zinc, maybe?) with other supplements you are taking.back on topic - there are two capsules (vegan) to take a day, now I am not clear as to whether you take both at once ot one int he morning, one at night? the instructions were not clear on that just said take two - so I took mine together in the morning.I like that it lists the plant it got each nutrient from, all except B2 - which jsut says B2, stands out as being the only one with no origin story - it is an interesting read (included photos above)I have been taking these for just over a week now and no side effects , and I am a sensitive lass, so that was good.pricing - the pricing appears on the high side, just under £30 at the time of writing this, but that is for 120 capsules so at 2 a day that makes 60 days, so about £15 a month sounds a lot more like it, and you are getting quality product.also - there is no aftertaste, tastes of nothing, and stays that way

May Help
These contain minerals & vitamins traditionally used for eye health. The scientific evidence in support is lacking. They may help, but they certainly won't cure eye defects.Easy to take.Expensive.

Bilberries for eyes
I am sure with an eye supplement I won't feel/see the difference so quickly to be able to report back in a week and also my eyesight is not as bad since I have been looking after my eyes sensibly and well.My mum wears glasses (sometimes two pairs on her nose at once and she has had a glaucoma), I don't want to believe in genetics and I trust the nature and daily habits and lifestyle contributing to our health/vision. I am 41 soon and I have had in the past moments when I felt/seen (pun not intended) fast worsening of my eyesight. I always managed to get back to the current state because I refuse to give up on my eyes!I can get headaches when I stare for too long into close distance due to my job/or computer etc.I am sure wrong diets also contribute much to the eyesight worsening since the body doesn't get the required nutrients for the right functioning!I used a blueberry based supplement designed for the eyes 20 years ago and it helped.I occasionally feel my vision is getting worse and then I use all I know to tackle it. I also eat a lot of blueberries regularly and that can improve the vision as well as eye exercises (the muscles can get lazy at the back of the eyes and around, too!)This supplement states Bilberries and little google research leads to "Bilberries, or occasionally European blueberries" :) Also there is a lot online about how eating blueberries regularly can improve vision and strengthen blood vessels in the back of the eyes. :)Apart from so much needed bilberries extract this supplement contains: Persimmon extract, Marigold extract, Carrot extract, Zinc and vit. B. Do you also remember your mum telling you when you were young to eat carrots to see well?In case you know your diet doesn't include enough blueberries and carrots, it is a must to supplement and exercise your eye muscles. Eyes get lazy too.
