I gave this item as a present to my 6 year old nephew. We tried it together. The spinning times we got initially were incredibly long, i.e. several minutes. It says here it can last for 8 minutes, and before buying I thought only experts could reach such time length, but I was wrong. Its design follows classical mechanics equations so precisely, it not only spins for long times, you will also see how the axis of rotation - initially tilted after making it rotate - self corrects until it becomes perfectly vertical. Then you look at it again and again and it looks as if it's not moving at all - so perfect is its shape!

Got it as a gift for a close friend. He spent so much time with it, that I started feeling guilty. Endless (over 5 minutes) spins, smooth turning and amazing optical illusion. Worth every dollar.

I was hesitant to purchase this given the low price point, but I've been really pleasantly surprised! It spins extremely well and has a nice heft to it. It's been a great desk toy to keep my hands occupied in Zoom meetings. I am able to spin it for about 3-4 minutes on my smooth desk.

It doesn't spin as long as the more expensive ($13) Cheetop top that I bought, but for some reason I like it almost as much. Maybe because it's a little thicker and has more weight than the other similar size tops. I have the 34g version in silver which is really just the stainless steel color (which I like)

The media could not be loaded. My little one is obsessed with spinning tops and wanted one that could spin for a long time. This one was well worth the price. It's small but mighty. With someone who is a more seasoned spinner would easily have no problem getting this to spin for close to 5 minutes I'm sure. nothing I know nothing about spinning I was able to get it to spend for just about 2 minutes on the nose.

While I’m working it gives me so much joy and actually allows me to focus and release stress :)

I purchased the large black Cheetop and I’m extremely impressed. You can easily get a 5 minute + spin on this cheap top. It performs better than Forever Spin and the Dujo Star. Honestly, you can’t beat this for the price.
