The directions have you taking two tablets three times a day which seems a bit excessive. I have ready access to a rest room during the day so I'm not really worried about how often I have to go during daylight hours. In the end, I take two tablets at dinner time and that gets me through the night with occasionally having to get up maybe once. During my last exam, the doctor mentioned that I still have the same moderate prostate enlargement even after taking this product for a while. From what I can tell, it just helps you relax so you can fully empty your bladder before bed time.

This has a nori type scent. It's a little tedious because it recommends you take this a few times a day. I've noticed that I have been using the bathroom less and my residue comes out with a little more greenish hue.I don't think that's bad, in fact I think it's a good thing because I feel a lot more relaxed taking this and a little less bloated. A must try for any man. Enough cannot be said about prostate health.

I can say I have noticed improving circumstances after taking them for over a week... I don't think I can get into specifics, but let's just say the tank seems to be emptying better now.
