Works perfectly
It works. Yes taste is little awful but I add vitamin c adessive tablets and the work it done it tastes good. And don't add in cold water add it in room temperature and then can add ice. It works perfectly gives muscle fullness and doesn't feel exhausted much

REAL leucine - helps with muscle recovery
This powder is real leucine because - It is incredibly bitter. It tastes yuck. It does not dissolve in anything. It helps with exercise recovery in a BIG way. I put this in my mouth and drink some water.
