I really wanted to try this based on a lot of reviews but worst product ever with no FDA approval.This made me itchy on my stomach and arms its horrible can't sleep of itchy. It should not be allowed to sell on Amazon site.

I like it, the flavour is lovely but it was not in a packet as displayed on Amazon sight and also too expensive.

Before taking this my nails never grew and just peeled/split and my hair was falling out with every wash...since I’ve been taking this my nails are growing and are strong with no splitting or peeling

So far this is the only thing that gave me a noticeable increase in thickness and length on my hair. I’ve been trying to grow out my hair forever and this worked! Helped my nails too!
