Nice looking Star but I was disappointed that it does not connect to the tree lights. You have to turn it on separately with a battery pack

This tree topper shipped fast and was ready to out of the box. Requires AA batteries and they last quite a while. We found it easy to hide the battery box and the cord was a good length (about 12 inches).

No remote. Cord is short so you need to be fairly tall or using on a shorter tree to turn on/off without troubles.

The star is very dim. Noticeably dimmer than the miniature lights on the tree. Not exactly the quality I'd hoped for.

I'd probably get it again but we can't get it to stay on the top of our tree. Tree problem, not star. We'll use it this year but we're going to have to find a sturdier design for next Christmas.Battery operated is a bit of a problem since you have to reach up each night (bumping the tree which on our tree makes the star fall off) to turn the small control button off.

Love the way it looks just hate that it’s battery powered instead of a plug in

It’s a cool cheep topper for a tree. I didn’t like the fact it was dc powered (ran off batteries) so I purchased a single bulb that goes into an outlet and it actually looked great wife loved it and we didn’t have to turn it on and off all the time so that means it was worth it

Really pretty and light weight! I just wish it didn’t have the cone base. It would work much better to be able to just wire it on to the front of the top branch.I didn’t mind that it doesn’t plug in to the string lights since it has a timer option on the battery box.

Product was as described.But not as brightly lite.And size a tad small for a 8foot tree.Also found out (after purchase) it is sold cheaper in local stores.Buy only if you can't find alternative for tree top or need one for smaller tress.
