Nice
Very nice, used in my EDC. It has features that are not in more expensive tools and seems to be of a high quality

Good heavy multi tool - but whistle gone
Good assortment of tools. Pliers are great. Heavier and bulkier than what I expected... putting it on my belt means it always drops to the ground with a thud when I unbuckle the belt. Wish it had a belt clip instead so it can hold on tightly. The scissors are pretty big with thick blades -- not too good for detailed cuts as in other multitool scissors. Most importantly the whistle somehow detached while working and was lost -- only a couple weeks after purchase. Can I please get a whistle replacement?

Pretty decent for what it is.
To start, there's only one major negative I'd say with this tool: It's a bit heavy and a little bulky. That said, the scissors work extremely well; Tested on cardboard which it cut clean with no real effort and no noticeable damage to the tool. It's also very east to both lock the scissors in place as well as remove them. So there's no concern of it falling off the rest of the tool. The inbuilt Phillips-Head screwdriver works well, and the attachment to attach other heads on it fits in an easy manner. I think I'd like the magnet in it to be a bit stronger, however, it's strong enough to hold the attachment and the head added without it falling off. As long as you're not swinging the tool around like a sword or something, it's unlikely it's going to fall off. Pliers feel good and I can get a great grip on fencing wire as well as cut it. It's a huge plus they're reenforced for cutting. Saw blade has a good grip as well as properly sharpened teeth.I didn't test the whistle or the striking rod, though they likely would work, they're kind of tiny and it's hard enough to start fires with such rods. Just saying it's not an ideal size so not worth bothering with testing.Hard to say what the tool is worth without knowing what the common prices are, however, I paid full price for it and don't regret it. Tool feels very well constructed and will fit the needs I bought it for.

Best Father's Day gift ever
Every year my son try's so hard too find the perfect gift for his Dad. He already has many multi-tools, but when he saw this one he felt it was different. So we ordered it.It did not disappoint. Not only is it extremely well made, sturdy, but everything that is supposed too be sharp is very sharp. Having pliers, needlenose, pliers, wire cutters, and wire stripper on one handle is great, then there's a knife, a saw, a little ratchet thing with changeable tips. And a really nice sized pair of scissors that actually separate from the bulk piece. That was a nice surprise. Along with a magnesium sticking stick, and a notch to use it with that quickly starts a fire. This is his Dads favorite carry tool.

Great multi-tool features
Searched the multi-tools out there. This one is well made, solid and has the most used features

Cheap, not very strong
Took me a long time to find out how to use the interchangeable bits, and the the spring on the scissors broke, is a good gift, just not very durable.

Counterweight needed
This is a nice, quality tool. I love it. But it is HEAVY. I tried to wear it in the pouch with my belt. I know have hip dysplasia. lol. Kidding. But seriously, you can feel the weight when it's on your belt. Like I said, nice tool. Just heavy.
