Fresh, flavourful chickpeas!
Very fresh chickpeas. Soaked 2 cups of dried chickpeas overnight and pressured cooked them in the instant pot for 13 minutes. Created the most creamiest best tasting chickpeas I ever tasted. Does not compare to canned at all! Such a reasonable price as well for organic and how much you get.

Great quality.
I had stopped buying dried chick Peas after buying some that were like bullets, no amount of soaking/cooking would soften them. I thought I'd risk trying these due to the reviews, glad I did, only takes a couple of hrs of soaking and they are on the way to being soft.Big saving from the tin Chick Peas.Love the packaging, the seal on the bag actually works without fuss for arthritic hands.
