Quality Tape at a Reasonable Price
Decent quality label tape at a reasonable price. Works well and seems to be of same quality as brand name tapes from Scientific supply houses.

Great labeling tape
Excellent labeling tape. Sticks well, even in the fridge, and is easy to write on. Good value

Nicer than the crepe paper tapes sold elsewhere
I wanted something a little heavier than the crepe paper tape sold elsewhere, and which I had purchased in the past. This tape is thicker and smoother. Really nice. I use it for labeling expiration dates of leftovers in the refrigerator, and this peels off the containers well, too.

No dispenser available and difficulty with writing
I bought the “Lab Labeling” tape because it is available in multiple colors. Compared to the 3M Post-It multi-colored label tapes (which are now discontinued), I don’t like it. It does not come in a dispenser and it is somewhat more difficult to rip (than the 3M). It is a “stickier” tape than 3M, and can damage paper or cardboard when applied and then removed - but it does come off harder surfaces, wood, counters, and glass just fine. The most significant problem for me was writing on the tape: it has a kind of “plasticized” coating and does not work so great with pens; pencils are OK, but not great - the writing appears light and is difficult to read. It works perfectly well with markers such as a Sharpie or Micron. The 3M tapes also had a plasticized type coating but there was no problem writing on it with virtually any type of pen, pencil or marker.
