The original (non lit) piece came out pretty easy - not without breaking off the tabs - but who needs them once they are out! You have to decide if you want these running lights or blinkers. I wired mine to be blinkers so I wired the red wire to the white w/green tracer wire to allow it to receive the blinking power to the side marker. The black and red wire is the ground and needs to be grounded to any ground on the jeep. I suppose if I wanted to find the wires that serve as both blinker and running light I could have done that too - maybe in the future I'll undo the current way I wired it up and connect the side marker that way. Nice and bright and adds a lot of coolness to the side of the jeep - plus it's a safer signaling feature for people who are next to you.

Good quality and works as expected on 2021 gladiator. The wire is a little short but wax easy to install. You do not heed to remove the fender. Just open up plastic inner wheel cover on my 2021 Jeep gladiator. You can wire to turn signal switch instead but cannot be used for side marker and turn together.. some out there will but 3 times the price. Plastic and fit looks stock.

I love this product. I was bummed when I was told it would take ALOT more work to turn it into a blinker because that's why I wanted it in the first place, but it still made a bad ass side marker light. I paid to have it professionally installed because I didn't want to cut into the factory wiring system myself. You will need to cut into the wiring system to install!

This product is a great value for the price. I order the lights and installed them the next day. This is how I installed them. I removed the vents. I used three plastic tools at the same time, I didn't care about breaking the clips. I didn't want to damageor bend the metal. I then partially pulled the rear of the wheel well plastic liner down for access to wiring. to do this I removed the center bolt and the rear bolt to the liner. I then removed five plastic rivets toward the rear of the liner and five rivets holding the liner to the fender. These were removed from the back half of the fender well assembly This sounds like a lot of work but it isn't. Amazon sells the rivet's with the clip removal tool for a reasonable price. Pulling down the liner from the rear exposes the wires you need to splice into and allows for easy access to them. Ther are several ways to connect the wires. I have large hands so I extended the Lenths of the wires on the light using 18 gauge wire about a foot. I cleaned the light installation sight thoroughly. Do not take the tape off the light until you check were you will run the wires. You will see were to feed them through. Also if you push down too hard on the light the clips won't grab properly. After finding the fit your happy with pull the tape, feed the wire, and set the light. Note: you will see the wiring to splice in plain view. I wanted directional light so I, T-tapped the jeep green and white wire with the light red wire. I, T-tapped the black ground wire with the red and black light wire. I did some wire clean up then reinstalled the well liner with new plastic rivets.. this a moderately easy installation if you take your time. I am very pleased with the lights, They added safety they provide when turning way exceed the time for install. I hope this is useful.

Connecting these wasn’t as simple as it seemed. I have other things connected to my running lights and turn lights so this made it very hard to find an alternate spot for me to be able to plug into.Other than that, they are very fragile, so I pulled the plastic liners off and the entire light cover with it, had to LED cure it before I could even think to put it on.Very bright, very nice once installed, but a pain to install if I’m being honest.

The media could not be loaded. These are very nice. Install was relative easy as I had the fender liner apart previously to replace the turn signals. I soldered on 18g wire to extend to the jeep harness and used t-taps to tap into the jeep harnessDriver side: green/white for signal, black for groundPassenger side: brown/white for signal, black for ground.Make sure you wire them up and test before you remove the sticky backing. Make sure they work. I had no issues with mine and highly recommend this product.

Love how it makes my Jeep stand out from others with something so simple. And love that it also makes it visible from the side of my turn signal… I have bought two sets of these due to the fact one cover came off in a car wash…

I bought theses in June for the new 2024 JL Rubicon X I ordered. Jeep arrived in August but was on a military mission so I couldn’t try to install until September. These are advertised as marker and turn signal lights and that’s what I wanted. However, you can only use them one of those ways, not both. So if I want a marker light I can’t have turn signal and if I want turn signal I can’t have marker lights. I feel I wasted over $30 dollars and worse I peel like the sellers missed represented the product on how it operates. They should make the distinction more clear. I would love to get a refund on these and purchase ones that have both functions.
