Lovely quality cashews with a good flavour

These cashews are incredibly tasty, certainly some of the most flavourful cashew nuts I have ever tried. Unfortunately, the bag of cashews arrived with very few nuts intact: they had been bashed a little in transit so do be aware of that if you need whole cashew nuts for a recipe.I didn't mind the fact that a lot of the cashews were broken and it wasn't long before the cashews were all eaten, as they were a very high-quality, moreish snack. Disappointingly these cashews do seem rather more expensive than their supermarket counterparts, and I don't think that the cashews are really worth the premium cost, even given the excellent taste.

These are a very good tasting cashew with a depth of flavour. However they seem to cost about twice the normal going rate, so they should be. I can’t see any country of origin listed, which is annoying. Cashew workers don’t have the best of conditions due to the toxic chemicals exuded by the nut casing, so it would be nice if someone used better conditions as a selling point.

These cashew nuts come from India and are packaged in a reduced plastic sachet which is resealable. The nuts appear to be very fresh and taste delicious. I would be happy to pay a few pence more for ethically produced high-quality food like this.

My family and I use nuts regularly in our cooking and just a small healthy snacks in general, so I was eager to try these as they are apparently award winning.As soon as I opened the bag of cashews, a very potent smell came from inside which smelt like a mixture of dust and dirt.I reluctantly tried a few of the cashews as I thought maybe the same was actually coming from the packaging which seemed recycled, but unfortunately for me it was the cashews. I'm not sure if the cashews had gone off, but I have never tasted cashews like this before, they tasted absolutely disgusting.I try to not be harsh with my reviews but I honestly couldn't stomach eating anymore threw them away, so I cannot give any compliments to the product,1/5

First of all I need to tell you that I did not purchase this item but it was sent to me by Amazon in return for an unbiased and honest reviewThis is a packet of BanyanTree Foods Cashew Nuts Whole 100g~ All Natural, Indian Origin | No Color | Gluten Free Ingredients | Vegan | Non-GMO | No Salt or fillersObviously a quality product in a seal again mostly paper bag and produced in India.The taste really good and all the nuts in my packet were whole, a tad expensive at £5 to what I would normally pay but I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.
