Odd scent and potentially staining tobacco color
The first set of this shampoo and condition I bought had a coffee scent. I love the smell of coffee but not on my hair. Later, the manufacturer apparently decided to change the smell to a light floral scent, which is nicer, but there's still an issue I noticed with the shampoo and conditioner turning a darker amber color over time. This aspect was concerning to me because I have naturally pale blonde hair and the product seemed to make my hair look darker after use. I suspect a lot of people using this product would have white or silver hair and wouldn't want their hair to take on an amber color from their shampoo and conditioner.

Too pricey
Good shampoo/conditioner....just too expensive for me.....i used it for a few weeks (one bottle each)...it does clean the hair unlike some of these products....but didn't really stop hair shed issues or increase growth
