I love these vitamins, not many prenatals have methylated folate but this one does, and it has quality ingredients. I prefer one a day since I don’t remember to take them more than once if required. There is no taste to the vitamin and it doesn’t bother my stomach at all; I can even take them on an empty stomach. The pill itself is a standard size capsule, not hard to swallow.

I’ve been searching all over for these! They are truly the best prenatals and I would recommend these to everyone! My sister in law recommended these to me and I love them!

I researched a lot of pre-natal vitamins because I have a lot of food sensitivities. This one as far as I could tell didn’t have any artificial additives or corn or soy which were my main concerns. It’s a very strong pill, and warning of this hasn’t happened to you - your pee will be bright yellow in the morning! I had never had this happen with pre-natal gummies I used to take, but my mother in law who is a nurse informs me it makes your pee that bright color because of all the extra vitamins! So it’s a nice strong dose!

The nutrition label listed is not the same as what was delivered. The current formulation they are sending out does not have choline which was slightly disappointing. Also it has some extra nutrients and different amounts of some other vitamins already listed in the product, which is not bad, the label just needs updating on Amazon. This is a really high quality prenatal multivitamin with high bioavailability, the fact that it is one a day is one of the main reasons my wife likes these. I would highly recommend these to anyone! Giving it 4.5/5 stars only for the incorrect marketing label online, I would have given it 5/5. Great product! Will be ordering more.
