Trampoline is excellent although instructions provided were poor. Look at You Tube video before you start. Solved all my problems.

Good trampoline, poor communication
The trampoline was delivered in two parts (days apart) and one of the 64 springs was faulty. The company didn't reply to any of my messages about either issue.

Great!Aww, this is the best product I've had in years through Amazon. I actually do regret my first assessment due to delivery issues with DPD, but this product is just the best. I'll keep recommending to anyone to get it from here- you get exactly what they say and are so strong for the worst weather and weights.
