Q: How does this compare to Aquaphor? I've tried Aquaphor and my lips are still chapped.

The biggest difference compared to Aquaphor Lip Repair is that Banish Chapped Lips contains only natural ingredients. Q: How do I push the lip balm up to use?

As others stated, you twist the ridges, towards the top, but no-one mentioned you have to twist it LEFT, in order to dispense product. It's totally different than 99.9% of lip balms and what you would intuitively think. Hope it helps.
