Great price for a brand name battery.
Product was priced way lower that local stores and was the same quality they were selling. I would recommend avoiding other brand batteries since they don't seem the same quality than EGO branded batteries. I've talked with others that have tried less expensive batteries and they don't seem pleased with the performance or running time.

Batteries are good as long as you don’t freeze them
I forgot to bring in my 5 amp batteries after snowblowing. They sat in the shed with no heat and minus 5 to minus ten temperature. This was this cold for about a week. They all are inside this start of winter. Love the devices and a 5 amp battery on the snowblower does very well.

5 Amp Ego Battery
Works great! Needed longer lasting power than my 2.5 amp! This will do it! I have a 1/3 acre property in Phoenix, weekly cleanup will be easier now!

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SELLER, HOSALESHOP
This EGO 5.0 AH Battery arrived and had July a 2023 production date. This means the battery was obviously “somewhere” for about 14 months. The serial number on the EGO Box did not match the serial number on the battery. I contacted EGO about registering the battery for its 3 year warranty. I was told that HOSALESHOP WAS NOT AN AUTHORIZED EGO SELLER AND THERE WOULD BE NO WARRANTY!!!.I contacted HOSALESHOP AND THEY BASICALLY SAID SORRY, SEND IT BACK THROUGH AMAZON..I GUESS THE OLD SAYING YOU GET WHST YOU PAY FOR IS TRUE. I WOULD BE VERY WEARY OF DOING BUSSINESS WITH HOSALESHOP, THEY REALLY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING.
