This thing is great! I wish that I had found it sooner. I just minced up an entire bunch of cilantro from Walmart and it barely took me a minute. Very sharp. Easy to use. Easy to take apart to rinse clean. The price put me off at first, but not now. Well worth it in convenience and performance. Get yourself one!

I purchased one for myself and about a year after of using it, I purchased another as part of my daughters birthday gift. It is so helpful. This one makes it so easy to clean. It completely opens up and the blades pop out. Also when you put it away, the blades are inside so no accidents when reaching into your utility drawer. 100% recommend.

Crushed my parsley rather than chopped it. And that was it’s first use. If the first time the blades are dull, what will the 10th time be like??? Very disappointing.

I bought it for onions, but have used it on ham, cooked sausage and mushroomsWorks great. Not hard to clean or take cutters out of holder.

How could I go so long without knowing I needed this? I have been banging my chef's knife on the cutting board for years! I had tried the mini food processor, but it pulverized the spice, and cleanup took longer than chopping by hand. Finally, a slick easy to use, quick herb cutter! I went back and bought several for gifts! Cleaning is a bit challenging, as you must be careful around the blades not to cut yourself. But that is a small price to pay for the convenience.ADVICE: Go easy the first time, as you will pulverize your herbs before you know it, because it works so well and so fast! Also, pair this with a flat-bottom herb stripper, and you are golden!
