Canadian gold comes from bees in. Northern Canada. They are mega healthy bees and not exposed to herbicides pesticides etc. not just great tasting but also therapeutic.

Premier Research Labs, Canadian Honey. One of the best honeys I’ve ever tasted. My naturopathic doctor recommended this honey and it’s fabulous! I never liked honey in my coffee until I came across this brand. It’s absolutely delicious.Unfortunately, the packing company did a LOUSY job in protecting the glass jar. This was the second time this month I received broken jars of honey.Amazon Customer Service was happy to credit me for the broken jars. I will re-order for the third time. Hopefully, they’ll do a better job!

The Premier Canadian Gold Honey is an excellent option if you're looking for honey in its purest form. The raw honey is unpasteurized with a smooth and creamy consistency that is easy to drizzle. The flavor is sweet and floral and is a bit more complex than regular heated honey. It's hard to pinpoint the flavor difference - it just has a better honey flavor to it and I like how it has a creamy mouthfeel. Because the honey is raw, there are tiny specks of black bits (likely propolis) and comb in the honey. This doesn't affect the flavor or texture, but it may be off-putting to some. From my understanding, this is actually good to see in the honey as it is supposed to offer additional health benefits to the honey. My jar was securely sealed and the honey arrived fresh and was not crystallized in any way. It's delightful to drizzle over toast and fruit and was good when added to a cup of tea. This is a great option if you're looking for raw honey, and something our family would purchase again.

When I want true, raw, unfiltered honey, this Premier Canadian Gold Honey is exactly what I'm looking for! Even in the hot heat of the Southern summer, it's still arrived thick, and almost scoopable.I don't see any remnants of honeycomb, but it's so thick, I'm certain that there is some in there, which to me makes this even more wonderful. This has such a lovely, pure, sweet honey flavor. Though it is not Manuka honey, I still believe that eating honey from all different places, is beneficial to your health.I have a tablespoon of raw unrefined coconut oil every day for its many proven health benefits. I have it at a temperature that it is not melted, but not hard as a rock. It's much like the texture of homemade ice cream. I put a bit of this honey in the coconut oil, and it tastes so yummy! For some reason, it reminds me of eating a Mounds candy bar.This really is super yummy, high quality raw honey! I would absolutely recommend it!

Sadly. I cannot leave a proper review like I was hoping to. My Jar of honey came broken on delivery (see attached picture). I am so heartbroken i even waited an extra week it was late being delivered.

We love the honey, but the item was broken when received. We are unable to replace or return according to Amazon. So we are stuck!
