Good looking and working great
Very good looking tongs. They are not too big and not too small. Looks sturdy. Its finish is matte black and smooth.I have small hands and I can use it with one hand if I want to. It picks up logs easly. Videos on reviews helped me to choose this one and I am glad I did.

These have been great.Yes the handles are apart when the jaws are closed, this I think gives better grip than your hand being too clenchedYes they are smooth on the jaws but they handle big and small with no issuesYes you do still need to wear gloves

Solid and perfect for the job
I liked a previous review that said these were heavy. They are a nice solid weight. Well made. I have small hands but have no issues in using.

Not much use unfortunately.
Nicely enough made but the opening is far too small. Not really any use for moving a log in the stove.

Bit fiddly to use.
It's as advertised but I'm finding heavy duty temperature blocking gloves are easier for me to use as my artritic hands are finding them difficult to use.
