This is a great product at a great price. A little hard to assemble but well worth the aggravation. Grand kids absolutely love it. Very happy we purchased it.

The media could not be loaded. I'll start off by saying that I don't think the quality of the product is as high as Lego or Cobi. The windows, for example, on the passenger car are not secure and fall out.If you're willing to accept minor flaws, you'll have a wonderful time building this kit. It took me ~8 hours to complete. The instructions are easy to follow, once you are used to the format. There were only a few tricky parts and once you work through them you have a nice little train. It includes some people and accessories, but I did not deploy them. The train runs on 5 AAA batteries and they are in the locomotive. The green button turns the power off and on. The beige knob controls the velocity. It goes both forward and reverse.One tip. Go slow over the switch tracks or you can end up with a derailment. Not the sort of thing a budding engineer wishes to deal with.

Instructions were not in English

This was supposed to be a gift but arrived in a series of plastic bags inside one big bag - not a box like other train sets, so it made the gift very confusing. The only way the person knew it what it was supposed to be was the sticker on the outside of the bag. Very disappointing and embarrassing.For the price this train set cost it should most certainly come in an organized box with the parts nicely labeled along with clear and organized instructions - which it did not. As for the quality of the train set, it's not better or worse than any others, but considering the others cost the same and are more organized and professional, I would say this one is worse.

Easy to put together. My 10 yo loves it

Exactly as described. Fun to build. Works perfectly with the Lego City builds. I wish General Jim had more train models available.

It was a birthday present for my Grandson. He loves it

This item is extremely hard to put together I am 30 and struggled. My son is very sad, he could t not help. My fingers are sore because the pieces are hard to fit and as soon as I did get it put together the engine turned on but it wouldn’t run for more than 1 second. Very frustrated. I’ll only buy legos from here on out.
