I'm not sure this product is for me. But anyone who has trouble sleeping like I do could at least give it a try.

I’ve tried many sleep aids over the years with disappointing results, but this product really puts me out and I don’t wake up groggy.

These are small and easy to swallow. They help me get to sleep and stay asleep.

I didn't think it would work because we have issues with sleep aids. This product is amazing and works fantastically.

I love North American herb & spice products! I'm not completely sold that these helped for sleep? Also, There was like fuzz all over the pills.Which is gusting to swallow... I'm not sure if this is a quality control issue or? I can't imagine they'd be so fuzzy with lint...?

I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. These helped me with all my sleep issues. I like that they are melatonin free. I sleep like a baby with these. Takes me 15-20 min to fall asleep after I take 3 capsules. Will be ordering more. Their website has them cheaper than Amazon at times when they are having a sale

I wanted a melatonin -free concoction for better sleep but this particular one didn't do anything for me. Maybe it works for other folks?
