Great for coughs and colds, especially when mixed with eucalyptus in a adiffuser or even in the bath. Also adds a spicy note to my inexpensive cologne when mixed with zingy orange oil, which doubles as a room spray (I use travel spray bottles for the purpose.). Ditto, mixed with a range of oils I use in my diffuser. The trick is to use it sparingly, which produces subtle results that enhance rather than overwhelm other fragrances. A real bargain, too, as are most of these oils, which is good news for professionals, and allows amateur enthusiasts like me too pursue a pleasurable and life enhancing hobby without worrying too much about the price.

Purchased to use as aromatherapy for my husbands bad back. Can't say it's made a huge difference and not the nicest aroma comparatively to other oils so probably wouldn't buy again. However as with the other aromas I've received from this brand it has a strong smell which lasts a few hours with the aroma diffuser. Can easily fill a small room.

My friend told me to get black pepper essential oil and ylang ylang and I used it in a foot spa it was the most relaxing chilling time I've had in I don't know when. They really worked well together to chill you out.

I had this oil recommended by a club mate and I love it. I put a few drops in a jar of Epsom Salts ready for when I return from long rides. It helps sooth my muscles and never have problems the day after.

I personally didn't enjoy the scent but it is cheap to buy. Not sure I would purchase again.
