Indeed a heavy duty
This is not a hard plastic case, it is a thick, high quality flexible plastic. It fits the 3x4 vaccine card with extra space. Dimensions is 3.25x4.5 from the security lock line. It is great to have the zip lock to protect card from any accidental spills. The price is amazing...some stores sell one for $3, this is 20pcs for $10. oh and yes, it has an extra outside pocket on the front. The brand "Fushing" is embossed on the upper left.
