No. Uses regular 12 volt automotive Current.

Q: where do the wires come out of bottom or side

they come out the side of the bracket so it can be mounted flush to a flat surface without burying the wires.

Q: What is the diameter of the lens?

Not sure. Maybe 2" or a little less.

Q: What amp fuse will I need to use in my fuse block for this light?

This light draws 950 mA (just shy of 1 amp). Is this the only thing running from that circuit? If so, you can use a 1.5 amp fuse as long as all the wires in the circuit are 22 AWG or larger in size. If you have any doubts about your particular boats electrical system consult a qualified marine electrician.
