Great gift idea ~ super customer service
I love these pens. My valentines will be extra nice this year. I had to contact customer service about a minor issue and they went out of their way to fix it immediately. These pens write in a very fine line but the color is bold. I love them! I'm giving some as gifts, too.

Colors don't match caps
These pens work well, but the colors aren't even close to what the caps show so each time you use them, you have to scribble on something to see what color you're going to get.

Not great pens
I got this one for my daughter’s friend’ birthday gift.After I received, I tested them. Unfortunately, there are 3 of them don’t work well, very light ink came out, looks like out of ink. I wanted to return to buy another one, but not sure if the package will arrive on time. It s so sad!
