We have a cat and dog that get into everything and this has just been perfect, its also a huge space saver and is much more aesthetically pleasing. Installed in like 10min, super easy and very sturdy! The first time we ordered this our package came without screws and when we called to get some sent to us they said they couldnt so that was annoying and had to reorder this item, but other than that this is great for the price! 5 stars is for the item itself but for the customer service I would probably do a 4 star :)
