I always found that use of a cold flannel worked with my migraine but as I would use cold water it would make things wet and would not stay cold for long.I invested in this and it does work just as well but is not as simple. In the fridge the pack does not get cold enough for long enough. In the freezer it stays cold for ages but initially is to cold.With a bit of messing around I found freezing it best and removing before for 30 mins before applying worked.Using it to create darkness is also good. Little fiddly with the straps but overall I would still say it’s a worthwhile purchase.If cold works or helps with your headaches or migraines than I would say this is worth buying. Just have a play with temps that work with you.

I suffer from a lot of migraines and headaches, so bought this as I had tried other things. It is so comfy and with eye mask in straight from the fridge. It is really comforting and works like a dream

it does help with pain however once frozen its like lying on ice blocks it doesn't mould to your head, I tried it in the fridge and it just wasn't cold enough

My issue when I get migraines is that I overheat and can never lie down or sleep as a result. This has been a total life saver and I’ve only used it once so far! The size of it is perfect and covers areas I need to cool down fast, it’s comfortable and not too heavy. It covers my eyes so keeps the room dark to let my eyes relax also!The packaging is excellent, they give you a zip lock bag to keep the ice pack away from food in the fridge/freezer.I think it’s been money well invested for me in migraine relief!

bought this as I use so many cool forehead strips when I have headaches/migraines. its fairly comfortable and easy to clean. you keep the cold pack in the fridge. I tried using from freezer but found it too bulky to wrap around my head like that. only downside is it doesn't stay cold for long enough, maybe a couple of hours. would be a good idea if you could just buy a separate insert to swap over when the other one is put back in the fridge?

Brought for my daughter who is suffering migraines she loves it said it helps also for tension headachesShe is a nurse & would recommend it to anyone .

Je suis migraineuse depuis plus de 40 ans. Le froid soulage, c’est bien connu.Ce produit m’a déjà aidée lors de 3 crises. Il est au frigo et le froid ne reste que 30 minutes environ.Je vais essayer au surgélateur

Dernier espoir (hors médication) pour soulager une sinusite frontale, le bandeau ne m'a été d'aucune utilité.Le chaud ne le reste pas très longtemps.Je pense qu'il est plus efficace s'il est utilisé pour le froid.

Gut verarbeitetes Produkt. Habe die Maske immer im Kühlschrank für den nächsten Migräneanfall. Die kühlende Wirkung an den Schläfen mildert bei mir die Schmerzen etwas. Und man hat völlige Dunkelheit was auch hilft. Es beendet einen Migräneanfall bei mir nicht aber mildert ihn immerhin etwas. Gutes Produkt für mich
