Sturdy and useful, but holes not lined up evenly
Worked perfectly and includes screws. Seems very sturdy and durable. The only problem was the holes on the blank side are not lined up with the other holes, which is strange. So there was nothing to screw that side into because they didn't line up with the ones on the electrical box. So I had to make do with just the screws on the lightswitch side (at least the blank side doesn't stick out too far, but does look a little weird if you really stare at it).

A Nice Blend
I painted my bathroom walls white and needed a cover plate to blend in as well as cover a light switch that was no longer used, yet have access to the outlet side. The screws come painted white too but I had to refresh them due to scrapes with the screwdriver (user error). I am very, very pleased with the way it looks. The picture really does not show how well it blends so as not to attract the eyes to it. I would definitely buy this item again.

Good quality and design to fit unique switch configurations
These combo covers were exactly what was needed for several double light switches that had a dead switch. The look was better than having two switches. They were easy to install, the color was right, and the quality is what is expected.
