I've been pretty happy with this supplement. It's like getting a dose of sunshine in a bottle! The fact that it's Non-GMO and Gluten Free is a bonus. With 360 count, it's enough to last you for a year. I appreciate that it's an essential Vitamin, especially during winter months. However, the product price seems a bit steep. Shipping time could also be improved. I noticed some heat/sunlight damage on the bottle, which might affect the product. All in all, I'm satisfied!

I’ve been taking these since April 15th. I have noticed a significant change in the thickness and texture of my hair. I have also noted a great improvement in my nails. There are no more white spots and the have stopped splintering.

This is the perfect daily dosage to supplement vitamin d3 with. I was concerned with other products having such high dosages. D3 is fat soluble, and too much for too long can lead to toxicity.
